SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
The model kits included in Models+ are estimated to ship in January of 2026. A portion of your Models+ membership goes towards the cost of shipping. This may cover shipping completely or leave a small remainder depending on the price of shipping at the time of shipping. If there is any remainder, you will be invoiced to the email address provided during sign-up. Any shipping remainder must be paid before you will receive your items. Digital Items will be offered throughout 2025 through an exclusive section of our Discord Server. You will receive an email containing a link to our Discord Server after completing sign-up.
RETURNS & CANCELLATION:
You may cancel your Models+ membership at any time. However, no refunds are offered for payments made towards your membership. The items included in your membership are made-to-order. The funds from your purchase go directly to the production of your products. And as such, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final, and returns are not accepted. If you have an issue with your order or the products included in your order, please open a Support Ticket through our website.
TERMS & DISCLOSURES:
By purchasing this membership, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and disclosures. This membership includes the purchase of three upcoming model kits along with all of the perks and extras identified in the membership description. As an early-bird bonus, those that begin their membership by Oct 31st 2024 will have an opportunity to vote for the selection of the 3rd model kit from a predetermined list. To complete this membership and receive the included items and perks, all payment(s) must be completed successfully by the end of December of 2025. If you do not complete all payments within the required term, then the funds for any payments made are forfeit and will not be refunded. If you cancel your membership before completion, then any payments that have been made are forfeit, however you will not be required to make any additional upcoming payments. If you cancel your membership prior to it's completion, then you will not receive any of the remaining perks, items, or benefits of the membership. Digital Perks may be distributed throughout 2025 as these perks become available. The model kits included in this membership are estimated to ship in January of 2026. However global supply, production, and logistical conditions may affect this date. Any delays in delivery will be communicated to all members. A portion of your membership fee goes towards shipping. However shipping prices can fluctuate. If the cost of shipping is greater than the amount collected through your membership, then you will be invoiced for the additional amount at the time of shipping. This invoice will be sent to the email that you provide during sign-up. Any additional shipping payment owed must be paid before you will receive your model kits. If your shipping or contact information becomes different from what you provided during membership sign-up, then it is your responsibility to provide this updated information to Merlin Models. Otherwise your products will ship using the last-known information that you have provided. The products offered through this membership are made-to-order, and refunds are not offered. The look and design of the items offered through this membership are subject to change, and development will be ongoing throughout the membership period. It is our goal at Merlin Models to design and manufacture products that are as accurate as possible. We invest in various reference resources to accomplish this goal. However we cannot promise that our products will be 100% identical to any originals that may exist. In some cases parts may need to be combined to provide structure to each model kit. And additional changes may need to be made to convert a cinema prop into a model kit that can be built and enjoyed. Merlin Models reserves the right to make changes as needed to ensure that the resulting model kits are as accurate as possible, while also being a product designed to be built with proper structure.
